Still doesn't fix your no start condition. I'm telling you more than likely it's a fuel pump. It's common especially at 120-150k miles.

Well it only happened once for about a minute. It was cold as hell out, maybe chalk it up as an anomaly?

On second thought I think there is a fuel pump for sale in the marketplace

If its for a good price pick it up bag it and place it on a shelf so if yours goes you arent left sitting on your hands.
