factory fogs not working

My factory fogs have not worked since i bought my truck a year ago. It's not the bulbs. Can anyone tell me why this is or how to fix it? I don't know much about electrical stuff. Thanks

Probably a fuse in the passenger cab fuse box. If not that it could be a relay under the hood or in the dash. I'll look at my book at home at check back in later.
