hey guys i have a 1998 f150 that is my daily driver and my project truck
soon i will be swapping my 4.6 v8 and auto tranny for a mild built 5.4 and zf5 or zf6 tranny and i need to sell the old engine and tranny to help off set costs but im not sure how much there worth
it has 170k miles on it but has been babied all its life and well looked after

 

maybe a couple hundred at best

 

each or combined
like maybe 500 for the engine and tranny
