I trashed the cylinder head of my F150 2001 5.4L, I have not been able to get a ( decent ) spare, I have an expedition 2006 5.4L engine get, would it be to hard to put that on my 2001 F150, shop tells me I would have to replace transmission, or where can I get a decent or new cylinder head for my 2001

Try a junk yard, or a engine machine shop. It shouldn't be that hard to find one.

no , is the oddest thing, only the passanger cylinder head was affected, shop suspects the internal filter got clogged, 3 other trucks that I know off had the exact problem with the passanger cylinder head
