Hey I just got a 98 xlt and its REALLY stock. Its got a bench seat in the front and I cant stand it. I was wondering if there was anyway that I could fit the new f150 seats like the 05 bucket seats into the 98 XLT. If not does anyone have or know anyone that has some bucket seats for the 98 XLT they are looking to get rid of. Any help is much appreciated.

Welcome to the site... as far as your seat ? i believe that if you want to put in the newer body style trucks seats in yours it will take some modification to get the seats to mount correctly. You might be better by just replacing with bucket seats from the same year to make things easier. I could be wrong about the 98 mounting brackets compared to the newer brackets but i BELIEVE there is a difference between the two.
