Default Extremely rough engine

Hi, new member here. I have a 2002 V6 and it is running extremely rough. Codes told me I needed a major tune up so I am thinking the following. Please... any feedback is helpful.

New Spark plugs
New air filter
New Fuel Filter
Coil pack? not sure if I need this, will do other work first
Clean throttle body and Mass air
General fuel system clean using Sea Foam
DPFE sensor? Don't know about this one either or is it just an EGR valve?

Any other ideas?

Thanks alot

Not sure, I am working out of town and my wife took it to a local shop to have it looked at. They ran a diagnostic and determined that the truck needed the work described. It is at around 100K miles so I am sure that it could certainly use a tune up. I do not know what the previous owner had replaced so I am going to presume nothing was and go from there.

You need the exact code to determine the problem....don't just throw parts at it to solve the problem ...
