i just installed some, dont have a pic though. i used some hella optilux 1450 fogs with some 100 watt yellowstars. originally had them in my bumper valence up front but didnt like them. i didnt want to drill into my hitch reciever or bumper so i put them on the very end of the bumper. there are two openings (one on each side) they are pretty bright and serve their purpose. i wouldnt go and spend $50 or more on some lights that your going to use as a back up light.

I just backed up for the first time at night and noticed that I couldn't see diddly. I was looking around for a fix that wouldn't really stick out and came across this. $70 though but I've seen big discounts from JC Whitney before so I may keep and eye on them.

Another thing you can do if you dont wana buy and hook up extra backup lights is buy the white led reverse light bulbs, my friend got some for his truck from ebay that plug right in to where the stock bulbs go and wow! the leds make a HUGE difference, im gona buy some soon

I went the LED back up light route once, and it wasnt bright enough with 5% tint. When I put the 08+ SD rear tail lights in I went with 55w driving light bulbs from a GM. Reason was I wasnt going to pay the $50 for the sockets and pigtails from a SD.

I put LED back-up lights in last week. Its not a huge difference but it defiantly looks nice. With both together its gonna be great

I have silverstars in my stock lights, that helped but nothin like 55w lights.

If your wanting to be able to look out the back glass at night to back up then good luck, youll need more than 2 little lights for that. I use my mirrors with plenty of light - thats why my lights are angled to the sides

with my dark tinted back glass its still pitch dark with them lights, even a big porch flood light cant help

Here are mine at night. Only one on the rear bumper is currently working (I'm too lazy to crawl under an scrape some more powder coating off for a better ground). Before the LED's, the old headache rack used 55W Asis (long out of business) driving lights my father used as driving lights when he was in college in the late 70's on his Cougar and they worked great as well. Eventually I'm going to find some LED bulbs or something (a fiberglass taillight housing is planned to adapt that all over to standard trailer lights) that is cheap to hang under there.
