Default Expedition Interior Swap

I found someone parting out a 00 Eddie Bauer expy.
I have an 03 with the XLT 60/40 folding console, non-power Seats

I want to swap the leather, power/heated Eddie Bauer seats and full center console into mine.
Will this be a direct bolt-up and plug in process?
I also want to swap the digital climate control with my turn **** style. Is this a direct fit?

And anyone feel free to comment

You'll have to provide power for the seats, but the console and seats will bolt in. As far as the climate control goes I've always heard its way more trouble than it's worth.

I believe so. If the harness is anything like the superduty's all you need is power and ground for the power seats to move.

ok, that should be easy enough.

I haven't ever seen a writeup but I guess if you got it you could hook it up and see if it'd work

There is more to the digital controls than just the unit. You have the temp sensor, actuators and a few other parts (and maybe a computer control issue?)
It can be done, but it is a pain and I think you have to remove the entire dash to do it.

The seats are almost direct bolt in. You need to tap a few holes (they are already there, just not threaded) and make sure you get the entire mounting hardware for the front console.

Do you have cloth seats? What would you do about the back seat? I've been looking to do the same thing to mine. I wasn't sure if the 3rd row seats from an expy would work for the back seat. Interested to see how this will go.

jferg92 You'll have to provide power for the seats. Everything ins a direct bolt in. Even the center console. The a/c on the other hand means you need to pull the dash and change a bunch of things.
