Default Expedition Console With 5 Speed

Hi all, new to the site. Been doin alot of trollin and one of the first interesting things I found was the Expedition Console mod, but didn't find anything about doing it with a manual transmission. So I did it anyway and though I would offer up the pic for other users.

I like it. I have a couple of questions. Did you keep the original boot underneath the boot you made? Is this truck a 4X4?

Thanks. Funny you should ask about the original boot. I did leave it in because I though it might provide a little extra noise reduction and it wasn't in the way. The trim ring is removed though. The truck is 2WD. I don't see any way this would work with 4x4, without major mod to the console, if at all.

It would work with shift on the fly with the controls on the dash. Although I don't remember any 4x4x with manual and sof,

Manual 4wd is easy to work around the console.

Did it in a friend's truck. And will be doing tmitt to mine once I get a taste case. I'm tired of dealing with the electrical issues.
