Do you remember the part # for that 20" Borla Pro XS? Maybe I over looked it but I don't see it on Borla's website.

Nope. Its been discontinued. I bought it directly form borla sometime last year. They only offer it in a 2.25" or 2.5" inlet/outlet now. From I recall it was discontinued when I purchased it and there just happen to have some still sitting on the shelf at the time.

Thanks for the info but damn that sucks. I had a 14" Pro XS with my setup and it was just to loud but the 20" would have probably been perfect.

I had the 14" version also. It was way to loud along with heavy exhaust popping i got tired of hearing. Found out they had a 19"/20" and called them..

I had exhaust popping bad also which I could not stand and switched to an 18" magnaflow, it sounds good but nothing like a Borla muffler. Sounds like you got lucky and called them at the right time.

I'm assuming you got rid of the popping with that 20" Pro XS?

It got rid of about 75% of it. I mean 3" straight through. Its a center/center muffler a child could stick their arm completely through it.

On my '99 5.4, I left all stock exhaust except I replaced the mile long muffler for a Flowmaster 40 series (SI/SO) and it has a Good low rumble, no "pop", and shuts up at cruising speed. Perfect setup.

Running pretty much the same 2 rear cats cut out. so its just the two precats and whatever stock sized pip running to the back where it splits into a Y pipe with 4 or 4 1/2 inch tips comin out the corners i love the sound of it
