exhaust question

1997 F150 w/ 4.6L. What is the size of the ball flange on the end of the converter pipes? ( up at the manifold). I believe the rest of the pipe is 2.5". My flange is rotted off. Thanks

i have a manifold sitting out in my garage for a 5.4 - would that be similar enough? i can measure it and take pics for you.

Thanks! I believe the ball flange end is 3" but I am not certain. Don't know if 4.6 and 5.4 are same but I'd bet they are.

Yup. The ball flange is 3" outer diameter, 2 3/8" inner.
