I have a set on my '97 4.6L so I don't know if the issues would be the same. I did the swap to help my low end torque.
With 3.55's in the back & 17" wheels all from the factory, I'm not expecting much, but on the other hand I'll take any gain I can get.
Has a slight throaty tone to it.
