Default Exhaust HELP PLEASE!!

OK so to all of you i am sorry for posting this again even though there is probably a ton of exhaust threads on this forum. I thought it would be faster for me to just type up a new one because i need to know ASAP! So Ive got an appointment for my baby to go in on thursday for exhaust and this is what i am getting for the price please let me know if you think it will sound good on a 4.6 i want a deeper sound and not so raspy. So its a Y piped 2 1/4 inch piping with no mufflers for 250. Am i going to be dissapointed with it? please let me know because if i am then i can cancle the appointment! Thanks again ~Josh~

Thumbs up bigger pipe!

if u dont want a raspy sound than go with 2.5 or 3" pipe. the smaller the pipe the rapier it is.

Go with the 2.5" pipe. I have that on my 4.6 and it sounds awesome. Nice deep sound and I am very happy with it.

I guess it would depend on whether or not you got aluminized steel or stainless ?

The raspy sound typically comes from hollowing/removing your catalytic converter.
