Not sure about your state laws, but cheapest route is to just cut the muffler off and put a 18inch pipe in. You can check out the sound of mine, and see if thats the kind of rumble your looking for. It not go with the extreme(great reviews).

03 F150 FX4 Extended Cab
Performance:
-5.4 L Auto
- Hooker Headers(short) with 4" into Y, straight piped with new high flow cat and sensors
-305 70 17's(factory rims and no lift) GoodYear MTR Kevlar

I think I will go vortex, like I said my uncle will do it for free to promote his business lol. I'll probably go with the single in dual out just don't know how I want the back yet. either behind the wheels with turndows or out the back with tips something like that

Turndowns (dumped before the axle) get really annoying on interatate trips. I have them and theyre good for in town but theyll give you a headache on extended trips

Buy Mud Grapplers. You'll never have to worry about hearing your exhaust again.

Our trucks are really quiet with the four cats, I have true dual straights and it's not that loud until you step on it.

i have all four factory cats and the cherry bomb vortex SIDO cat back system. i love the sound. it isn't crazy loud, real deep throaty tone.
