Excessive engine missing
Hi everyone ! I'm new to this forum, and I need help big time. In 2001 bought a brand new 2001 ford f150 Lariat supercrew 5.4L and with 119k miles I decided
to give it a tune up with new spark plugs gaped at .054, new ignitio coils and new injectors, replaced the inline fuel filter, pulled out the throttle body out and gave
it a good clean up. After putting everything back together , it started ,but running very rough , I checked that all hoses were reconnected and kept doing the same, afraid to
screw it up even more , sent it to a repair shop where it has been for a month and they can't figure out the problem.
I bought all the parts from the dealer, but the fuel injectors Ford doesn't make them so the parts guy sold me a replacement , the truck came with 280 150 556
FOTE D5B yellow body and the new ones are green in color , I don't know what the flow rate is on the green colored ones, but the originals are 19# to 20# . Question is
could the injectors be the ones causing the problem?

Green = 42# F150 ....5.4L Supercharged
Orange = 19# F150...5.4L Naturally Aspirated
BTW - You're over fueling....careful, don't hydro lock it.
