I am trying to remove my EGR valve to clean out the ports. The front bolt is free but feels like it's tearing the treads out of it's mating part. I have used PB Blaster on it several times. It get's about halfway out and starts locking up big time. I've also tried tapping lightly on it with a hammer to free the treads. The back side bolt is coming out fine.

Any ideas or suggestions????
