Throwing around some ideas. I've got an 01 f150 with the 4.6 pretty sure the motor is bad and thinking about getting another one to rebuild then swap them out. Question I've got is what parts won't work with a 5.4 motor. I know the pcm will need reprogrammed and the TC will need to be swapped but what else? Will the coils work and the wiring harness and what years should I look for a motor from that will require the least amount of part changing
