Doubtful cleaning the MAF is going to help... I'm in a hurry right now, but I know at least 4 of those are related to O2 sensors.... I think PO136 and PO156 are actual circuit failures. Like I say, I'm short on time, but I'd look for the HEGO fuse. Wish I knew off the top of my head which one it is, but start there. IF IT IS BLOWN, there is a reason. Check for shorting in the wiring.

It does it whenever it’s in drive and I’m at a complete stop. It’s also gotten to the point where it’s scrubbing off RPMs quickly when going up hills

I’m going to start by cleaning my MAF sensor
It puts the code in the Search box...it puts the code in the search box...

You don't want any broken circuits. That means the device can't do what it's meant to do. One code can lead to another.

Put a new MAF in it and that seems to have fixed the idling problem, but it’s stumbling under load like it’s getting too much fuel and choking it out

No, I’ll be going down the road and then it’ll just spontaneously start scrubbing off RPM when it gets just a little bit of a load on it, and when it’s in gear and I’m sitting at a stop it’ll sit and suck down the idle to around 300 RPM and then it’ll surge back up to 650 just long enough to hear it and it goes through that the whole time you’re on the brakes.

It's nearly impossible for us to help you with an issue like this if you can't identify a missfire when you feel one. The back passenger side cylinder is the one that has more ignition system missfires than any other. I'm guessing this is one of the ones you didn't replace. When are you going to get around to finishing that tune up? We can't do it for you.
