Engine stalling
While reading another site(Ford Fans Forever) someone mentioned a problem I have intermittently. Sometime when I start my 2000 F150 with 5.4 motor, it
won't idle. If I start with one foot on brake and other on gas to keep the rpm's up, if I drive around the block it clears up.
I've run code scans and nothing shows up. I have learned to live with it, but.
the other person says his wife sometimes drives it, so it is a problem.
Any ideas?

Pull the iac on the back of the throttle body and clean or replace with motorcraft part. It sounds like his is sticking when the truck is cold.
