Engine misfire/rough idle/ticking
Hello! Was hoping I could pick the brain of some of you.
I bought a 2001 F-150 4.6L V8 knowing it had 3 misfires from 2, 3, and 6.
I changed the spark plugs and coil packs and when I started the truck there was a knocking/ticking/tapping sound from the passenger side bank. I also had misfires in 3, 4, and 7.
I went back through removed, gapped, checked, and reinserted all of the plugs and coils.
There is still a ticking sound but quieter from the passenger side, and a misfire on 3 and 4.
I'm not sure what my next step would be.
I've also ran injector cleaner through the fuel.
Any advice is greatly appreciated!
