I have a 2001 Lariat super crewcab. I took it out in torrential rain today and after a while the engibe started 'knocking' when sitting in traffic with the car in drive. I assume something got wet and an application of WD40 on the electrics should help a lot.
Problem is I don't know my way around the engine compartment so I can be sure to get at all the electrical 'bits' that deliver power to the spark plugs.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find a good layout diagram for the 2001 F150 Lariat?
