Have a 97 f150, 4.6l. Changed some badly worn plugs and thought that would help with the pinging. No knock sensor code so haven't change that or the ignition coils. How can I check the coils to make sure they are working properly and could the knock sensor be bad. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
