Default Engine and exhaust

Got a 98 with 180 thousand on the clock. 2 part question I wanna put headers on it but I'm afraid that the manifold bolts will break off in the head. Anybody have any experience with this. 2nd any good or bad input on the double side electrode plugs vs the standard single electrode?

Your first question is more of a statement. Yes, they do and will break. Higher the miles, older the truck, better the odds. Take the chance if you want. Shops will either charge more up front because of the possibility, or they will charge per broken stud.

2nd question. Use single electrode Motorcraft plugs. No gains to be had using more than 1.
