Mandrel bends sells the mild steel stuff fairly cheap. I could probably get all the materials for both sides for under 200 bucks.

If you want stainless double/triple it.

I dont see any reason the cobra headers wont work. Especially with a body lift I cant imagine there being any clearance issues. They might exit at a slightly different angle but not enough to where I cant have the muffler shop finish the exhaust..

Just some math for ya.

The deck height on the 4.6 is 8.937.
The deck height on the 5.4 is 10.079

Since the enginge is a V shape, you get 4, 45 degree angles. From that you can calcuate how far the deck height will stick out(without the heads) from the bottom corner of the block.

On a 4.6 the vertical height (from bottom of block to top of block) is 6.319 and sticks out horizontally 6.319 inches

On a 5.4 you have 7.126 vertically and horizontally.
