Default engine bog

Alright guys, My 2000 4.2l f150 started to bog or cut out at around 2000rpm while driving, then come back fairly violently. It feels like a timing problem, or fuel. However the pump is new and the filter is new, and the check engine light is not on no codes were thrown. Took it to the dealer. They changed the plugs, and checked every sensor on the truck . I mean every sensor! checked fuel pressure while driving as well as timing. took the crank pulley off to check the harmonic balancer, swapped ignition coils , checked compression, pcm, tranny, vacuum, egr tps, dfpe, and timing chain. I was there for about 8 hours while the entire staff could not find anything wrong with my truck. And guess what.... it still bogs at 2000rpm. I can sit there in park and rev the hell out of it with no problems at all. purrs like a kitten. Anyone ever heard of this happening, and what was the fix. PLEASE HELP. Oh yeah at the end of the day (today), they said we have no idea what to do. Handed me my keys and said sorry.
Thanks
Jim
