My 97 f150 has e-door locks that will lock but wont unlock. Anyone else have this issue? Any fixes? Thanks

 

I had the same problem. Was the door lock actuator. Got a new one on Amazon for under $30 and was made by Doorman. The fix takes about half an hour. Check you tube for videos showing step by step procedure. It was really easy, but be careful of sharp edges when your hands are inside of the door.

 

Both of the doors act the same way? From both switches?

 

The actuators are weak and will not push up the rod, but will pull them down. I have the same with lil Red and it was the actuators.
