Default Electrical Problems

I have a 1999 Ford F-150 Sport 4x4 extended cab and the Odometer will turn on and off whenever it likes. Also I have totally lost my highbeams, and sometimes when im driving my dam windshield wipers start goin. The truck is in great shape, but I dont know what the hell is wrong with it. Can anybody help?

Thanks very much.

pull up a search on the GEM module here on the forum for the lights and wipers, and i just came across a post tonight about solder connections regarding the odometer and a possible fix for your year of truck.

I don't know about the F150's but the high beams on an E-450 use a 15 amp fuse for the high beams. I had that problem on a van.

As far as the odometer mine does it too once in a while. Until it constantly off I'm not going to worry about it.
