Default Electrical problem please help

My turn signals are out no lights no flash, abs light is on, no overhead compass/temp.

20a fuse is fine because it still powers 4 ways. Flasher is fine because it still powers 4 ways. I even put in new flasher. What could this be guys I cannot drive my truck at all until I fix this problem and it really sucks *****. I've tried tracing wires and connections.

Rip apart overhead console next??

I'm really stumped and new to electrical problems like these ill try anything yall suggest within reason. Thanks a lot guys hopefully someone can save my ***. Google hasent been able to yet.

also i used to be able to fix this by pulling 20a fuse and putting it back in everytime I started the truck but now it's like the signals and overhead don't get current only the 4 ways..... Just to add to the confusion

#23 fuse 10a was shorting out. Problem solved. Just for anyone who has same issue. Turns off abs light, turns back on turn signals and overhead console temp/compass
