Default Electrical issue need help

Ok so go to turn truck on yesterday get the click like a dead battery so I jump it. on the way home everything dies but truck keeps running but roughly. get home no juice not even from a jump...clicking sound coming from relay #2 under dash. disconnect battery let it sit for a while then jump it and fires right up no problems. Left my trickle charger on over night starts fine this morning and as im getting ready to leave acts like it wants to die out (RPM fluctuating) turn it off and again get the battery click. gonna get the battery tested today any other suggestions?

yes and as it got weeker it would run bad. It will run longer nonstop than startup and shutoff driving (takes more power to start than run). quick check charge battery start truck, let it run for a few min. then disconect the negitive battery terminal and see if it keeps running, if it dies check the Alt./voltage regulator, if it keeps running look for something else eletrical (shorts, bad wires, cut wires, crud in connections, check battery to see if holding, ...) pull codes if you can see what they tell you. hope this helps
