Default Electrical Help Needed - Fuses/Distribution Block

My 98 F150 has turn signals and brake lights, except coming from the tow package trailer plug in receptacle. Looking at my owners manual I see a tow package running lights fuse but no turn signal/flasher/brake light fuse.
The owner's manual is not too clear. It lists the running lights fuse as #1 but there are two #1's. In different spots. One was explained to me to be a diode. Of which I have two, side by side. The owners manual does not mention what these are for.
On a side note ... heh ... I 'borrowed' my horn fuse (same amperage as I needed) for use on the trailer running lights and now my cruise control does not work. This was not a listed fuse for cruise control, nor did I see mention of a cruise control fuse.
Any help would be appreciated.

Although it wasn't listed as cruise control, it would make sense to me that neither the horn or cruise control work. The horn button and cruise control are likely on the same circuit since they are both so physically close together and the only buttons on the steering wheel.
Normally, my guess without looking at a diagram would be the airbag would be on the same circuit too. I don't believe it is though
since you didn't mention your airbag warning light coming up on your dash.

In other words, i'd get a new horn fuse and i think you should be good to go

That was my thought too. However, if I had had a cruise control issue I would not have found a possible suspect bad fuse, because it is not listed as "fused" or which one.
My immediate problem is I need turn signals and brake lights coming out of my tow package plug in. They work on the truck.
