I have a 2001 f150 and the windows don't roll down, the windshield wipers run all the time along with the windshield washer and the dome lights don't work. I'm not sure what the problem is. Any help would be great.

 

Could be the gem module

 

My 99 has had a few occasions where the wipers will do a random single swipe getting off highway ramps. Not really sure wtf is going on there. haha

 

All the above sometimes work, but quit often, and mostly do not work. Not a fuse, unless fuses Un-Burn Out. 1998. Seen some of the same complaint, but not seen the fix.

Water on the GEM module caused by windshield leak. see my thread
