Unhappy Ejected Spark Plug

Pretty sure my truck just ejected a spark plug this morning when I started her up...Where do I go from here?

I am guessing I shoudlnt drive it to the shop, I should just have it towed right?

What is the best way to fix it? I have heard of timesert kits?

Damn 5.4s

I wouldn't drive your truck with a blown plug unless u have too. I had a plug blow out on my truck and I used the timesert kit and it works great. Its rather expensive (500 or so bucks if I remember right) but it is a good kit. Just make sure u follow the directions if u do it yourself. What plug blew out on u, I had number 3 plug blow out and that was fun to fix. The only reason I ask is because if it is number 4 plug u will most likely have to pull the head off to get to the plug with the tools to fix it. Hope this helps ya and good luck.
