I have replaced just about all parts of the EGR system and can't get the check engine light to go off. It still has the 401 code. Where is the evacuation hose on a 2003 F150? What else could it be?

This is how I got rid of all my EGR problems



You can see the delete on the upper plenum,

But if you've replaced everything that has to do with the egr, you may need to take your intake off and make sure it's not clogged with carbon where your egr tube coonects to the intake.

Mine was clogged shut, when I took the intake off my '97
