Like MTZ said. Not worth the gain vs risk. And a very little gain at that. Spend your money on something else.

Only way your gonna get a noticeable power increase on these engines is with a lightning supercharger

i got my 2000 f150 5.4l with the e-fans after driving my buddys all i notice is less drag from the engine takes along time to slow it self down so pretty much coast for awhile. also have volant intake not huge differs but it depends what you want and like but this forum has helped so much i cant even explain.
