Default eFan suggestions?

Ok I have a 99 ford f150 4.2l V6 with a 5 speed, I'm looking to put an eFan on but having a hard time trying to find a good one that won't break the bank! I've found several types- Hayden, pro forms, ect... What would be the best one? Brand? Single or dual blade? What size? Same size as what the fan is now? Any tips would help alot!

Would be a lot cheaper if you went to a junkyard and got a working Ford Windstar fan or two Ford Taurus fans and wire them with a relay and swith or temp sensor.

Got mine from the pic and pull 18" 2 speed fan out of a 4.6 cougar $25 bought a Hayden controller from oriellys $35 plus wire and connectors maybe another $20. The fan in its shroud fit in the factory shroud with a little modification.
