Default Edge Evolution Not Turning Off

I have an 00 7700 that has had an Evolution programmer in it for a few years now. I have noticed the last couple of weeks that it hasnt been turning off when I turn the truck off. I thought it may be an ignition switch issue, but the stereo and lights turn off. I ended up having to unplug the Edge to get it to turn off.

Has anyone else had this problem? Whats the best way to fix it?

TTT.

I tried to plug it in today with the truck off and it is always on now. Do you think its the truck or the programmer?

Really!?! wow I never would have thought of that. But now that you mention it the truck has started slow a couple times lately. I wonder why a low battery makes the programmer stay on though?
