So I've done alot of work to the truck recently, new tires, new rims, a bunch of plasti dip, and it looks great. (will post pics soon) The final issue I am running into is that I bought new headlights (Halo's and HID's) but they were designed for the post 8/96 build date and I have 5/96 (for the record the manufacturer said that the lights would not fit 6/96 AND 7/96 did not mention post 6/96, my mistake).

But regardless. Now i have some awesome headlights that wont fit. I saw a couple threads on this but I never could get a good answer from them. If you have dealt with this how did you manufacture a mounting bracket. Im pretty good at making stuff work I just was hoping for some ideas before i tackle it this weekend. Thanks!
