Default Driving light recommendation

I'd like to add a couple lights to the bull bar on my '99 F150 XLT that will light up the road. I don't want something that simply augments the high beams. I want retina searing lighting that will reach way out there. I don't do much offroading but I drive four seasons through the country and need the illumination. I'd like to wire it to go on with the high beams but I know I'd be limiting my choices. How difficult is to install a toggle switch on the dash as far as access underneath goes?

Anyone have experience with Hella, KC, PIAA, etc.?
