Default Drivetrain Noise

My truck is making a noise when i take off from a stop and it sounds just like a crappy u-joint but the problem is they are all new and greased.I almost think it might be the rear end,it wont do it if i'm going over 5 mph.
Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem or any ideas.
The truck is a 2001 f150 4x4 4.6l automatic 8.8 inch rear end.

Sometimes it's the slip joint. Add a touch of grease on the splines and see if it helps.

I'll do that. How much rotation should my rear drive shaft have when i turn it ,cause i put it in neutral and grabbed it and it turns about a 1/4 of a turn.

That amount of rotation is about right.
