Default Drivers window auto switch not working properly

2002 F-150 2 door. When I hit switch, that has one touch auto down only, the window only comes down a couple of inches at a time, until it's about 2/3rds down. Then it will go down all the way. I have to let up on the switch and keep pressing it. Has a new regulator assembly (motor included). Have tried new switch, and it does the same thing. It goes up without a problem. Have checked for any interference with the regulator, but everything is clear. Also checked the wiring loom between the door and the jamb. Also changed the one touch relay. Where else can I look ?

Try rolling the window all the way down, then press and hold the switch down for a few seconds. I know on the newer cars you have to enable the one touch system every time a event that stops the window occurs because of interference.
