Default Drivers side power window not working

2003 F150 King Ranch....Drivers side power window only works when outside temperature is below 50F. All other windows operate correctly from the drivers switch panel. I changed the drivers side power window switch but no dice, same problem. I'm hearing a clicking sound, when I operate the drivers side window switch, coming from the fuse panel to the left of the steering column. I pulled out the lower left relay and swaped it with the relay above it and that does not seem to make a difference so I'm not sure that the relay is the problem either. Could it be a short at the relay connection but not the relay?

I checked the wire harness running from the door to the panel but found no frayed wires. I removed the case from the 2 relays in question and found nothing out of the ordinary. I'd hate to spend the $26 for 2 new relays just to find out nothing is was wrong with the original relays. I already spent $90 on a new door swith just to find out nothing was wrong with the original switch. Any way to test a power window relay?
