Default Drivers Side Mirror issue

So I was backing out of a tight space and made a little mistake. Luckily, no glass on my mirror was broken but it did fall out of the housing. I have searched and just cannot seem to find any information regarding putting the mirror back in. Looking on eBay the cheapest replacement mirror I can find is over $100 and I just can't help but wonder if I could just fix it myself. I have the little rubber red piece that appears missing in the photo and the other clear plug in the second photo so lack of parts is not an issue. It appears as though the area around the red rubber should pop out by pressing some tabs but I cannot figure it out and do not want to break anything. Has anyone had any experience with this? Know how to replace the mirror? Or does anyone know somewhere that I could get the mirror a lot cheaper? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First thing I'd try is to push the mirror back into the housing as long as you have the connectors. If that doesn't work, you could try a junk yard.

I forgot to mention mine have a turn signal on them. The photo doesn't exactly show that.

I wasn't able to push them back in because 2 of the connectors are clips that have to be squeezed so they can fit through the red rubber pieces. I may end up trying the junk yard but finding a truck with the same mirror might be difficult.
