Yeah it won't go anywhere. When I push the switch up i hear a faint click from inside the door panel. When I push it down I hear the same click and another louder click from under the steering column. I thought motor. Local ford dealer says regulator. Help!!!

 

i would try the regulator first and have you gotten it up yet?? if its down all the way pop the door panel off and push it up while you push the switch, you can usually get them to go up that way

 

If he can just pull the window up it needs a regulator... Not a big deal real easy to do it'll take you 10 minutes
