Driver Side Door/Key Lock
I bought this 1999 F150. It doesn't have power locks or no power windows.
However, everytime I put the key in the door to unlock, I have to open the door, then turn my key again to take key out of the door and it locks it again?
Is there anyway to fix it? I don't won't buy another key lock cylinder and have another set of keys if I don't have to.
I want to be able to put my key in and take it back out and have it remained unlocked.

Assuming your door is in good order and is not physically damaged somehow....
It sounds like the actuator arm located on the back of the door lock cylinder is gummed up, seized, rusted, or is just generally jammed up.
When the key is out of the cylinder and the cylinder can't move, the linkage arm on the back should still be able to move up and down to some extent, freely. This allows the interior locking **** to function.
I imagine your linkage does not move freely.
When locks and latches are not working correctly, it is usually a good idea to break out the ol' oil can and get the stuff lubricated.
I would check and lube the rear of the lock cylinder, make sure things are moving freely.
Do a little squirt into where the key hole is and run the key in & out then left & right a few times, and finally oil the inside of the door latch mechanism just for good measure.
Perhaps this will eliminate your problems
