This doesn't work either. I know that the key pad is getting power becuase the button light up, so does anyone have any ideas of what to check next?

i called the local dealer and they told me that only way to get it is for them to hook it up to a scanner! I was hoping they would be able to tell me what it is based off of the VIN.

Thumbs up

Thanks for resurrecting this subject. The sticker with the master code for the door was nowhere to be found.
I found it on the white box under the Dash as stated. Funny thing was I'm the third owner of the Truck and it still had the factory code.

The previous owners never changed the Door Code from the Factory Code.
It can be changed by punching in the Factory code, hit the 1-2 button and input a 5 digit code to your liking.

You can add personal codes* but the factory code is a master code and will always work. IIRC
