This doesn't work either. I know that the key pad is getting power becuase the button light up, so does anyone have any ideas of what to check next?
Thanks for resurrecting this subject. The sticker with the master code for the door was nowhere to be found.
I found it on the white box under the Dash as stated. Funny thing was I'm the third owner of the Truck and it still had the factory code.

Factory code cannot be erased...

It can be changed by punching in the Factory code, hit the 1-2 button and input a 5 digit code to your liking.
