Default dreaded anti theft flash

Hey everyone new member in need of some help. I have scoured the Internet for info, lots of good stuff but nothing has worked. My 1999 blend door motor was not working so I thought I'd check all of the fuses. In doing so I think I've tripped my antI theft system causing the truck to crank over but not fire. I've rechecked all fuses and swapped relays around thinking that might help. Tried to reset the computer by removing the negative cable for 20 minutes. No chaffing on the positive side and starter is moving free. Have not removed the gem modal yet and the best part is someone along the way hack spliced a brake boost into the anti theft system. ANY other ideas would be great.

Your truck needs to visit the dealer, if you were planning to get any new keys programed now would be the time. Mine did this to me when I removed the old after-market stereo, and put in a different one. They (Ford Service) said that it had dumped all the keys from PATS.

Thanks bink. You wouldn't happen to know what causes the pats to dump all of the info would you? This is my first ford and I'm thinking I made a mistake, hopefully it's not to expensive to fix

They only charged me $85 to flash it. I have no Idea what caused it, I had the neg battery cable off when I did all the work. It is also possible but less likely the transponder in your key, do you have a second transponder key, not the small valet key? If so try to use that one.
