Did the switch on drivers side door get wet? I'm not 100% sure but i think the power go's to drivers side! I would test to see if switch is getting power to start!

Yea power goes from the driver's side panel to the passenger ones. The switches are famous for quitting without warning even under normal conditions, I'm sure rain just makes them even more prone to quitting.

Supposedly the contacts underneath the switch can corrode/short out. I've never taken them apart other than the time I tried to adapt 03'-04' switch faces to my 99' (fail). I actually check ebay periodically for people selling the panels cheap and buy extras, I go through one or two a year.
