Ok when I bought my truck I only got the ignition key for it. I tried using it to unlock the doors (doors open) and it will not turn. I tried the wiggle method and still nothing. Was there a seperate key for the locks on these? My mustang uses the ignition key to unlock the doors, so I figured this truck would be the same.

Will a locksmith be able to key the lock if not without having to take it out of the door?

 

it should be the same key.. try wd 40 in the lock mine did the same thing it was rusted up.. try that it fixed all 3 of mine
