Door lock issue

My buddy has an 02 f250 and the fob and both door lock buttons don't work. Not even a noise. He sai all the fuses were good. What's the issue?

Try checking the wiring loom in driver side between door and frame, I had a similar problem a it was two wires had split

Either that or the motors burnt out, same thing happened to mine a few days after I bought it

Mine wouldn't work when I bought my truck and it happened to be the door lock actuators. About $50 each side at autozone and about 30 min to replace.

Had the same thing with my 2000, the door lock actuators are a common problem with these trucks

Could try reprogramming them to the truck.
