Door help

Does anyone know how remove this once the nuts are taken off? I removed the kick panel but don't see how it comes out. I need to replace it with one off the donor truck.

Bump! Is my father the only person to ever break this rod and need to replace it? The one on the donor truck is in good shape but I can't figure out how to get that part out.

Take the nuts off and it comes out the back. Remove the kick panel and reach up and grab it. If I remember correctly that how I replaced mine its been like 2 years tho

I don't see where you can come up from the back but I do see a module with harnesses hooked to it that has bolts on it. Do I have to unhook the module unbolt it and take it out to access it?
